You only need a few ingredients to make something amazing!

Puff pastry
Maple leaf
Jam
Egg
METHOD
- Shape the puff pastry into a maple leaf.
- Pour jam on each sheet and place another sheet of pastry on top. Close the edges with a fork.
- Brush beaten egg on top make small lines on the pastry like a leaf. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºc (356ºF).
