Meat skewers: the secret to make them tender and delicious!

Pour the yogurt over the skewers for the best result ever!

INGREDIENTS
Marinated:
 1 kg chicken thighs
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tsp coriander
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ cup olive oil
 ½ cup milk
 
Salt To serve:
 Piadina
 Yogurt sauce
 Salad

METHOD
  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Place several pieces on a wooden skewer. Place all the skewers in a glass container
  2. Pour the glass of milk and add pepper, coriander, onion, and garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, and mix covering all the skewers with the marinade.
  3. Cover with film and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. Place each skewer on a baking sheet, place another baking sheet on top, and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F).
  5. Serve in a piadina with salad and yogurt sauce.
