How to preserve cherry tomatoes!

INGREDIENTS
 1kg Cherry tomatoes
 Basil leaves
 Garlic
 Spices
 Olive oil

METHOD
  1. Make a small cut in each cherry tomato and place it in a glass jar until full. Slightly press the tomatoes down into the jar.
  2. Add a basil leaf, salt, spices, some olive oil and close the vacuum flasks in a pot with water and a cloth.
