Tomato jam: easy and delicious to make at home!

You only need some cherry tomatoes to make an incredible jam!

INGREDIENTS
 1kg cherry tomatoes
 Fresh basil
 450g Sugar (half white sugar, half brown sugar)
 Red chili pepper
 Fresh coriander

METHOD
  1. Boil the cherry tomatoes for 7 minutes. Crush them and strain to remove all the skin.
  2. Add sugar, basil and cook until it boils. Let cook for 20 more minutes until thick.
  3. Cool and place into jars. Accompany with cheese.
