Condensed milk: the secret to making homemade condensed milk!

You will only need 4 ingredients
INGREDIENTS
300ml milk
150g sugar
100 g powdered sugar
30g butter
300ml milk

DIRECTIONS
1. In a pan, heat the milk. Add the sugar to it and allow it to melt.
2. Add the butter and powdered sugar and let it simmer for 15/20 minutes.
3. Once the mixture thickens, pour it into a jar.
4. Let it cool, and then refrigerate it.

Condensed milk is perfect for preparing creams and ice cream. It’s best if used within 7/10 days.
