How to make a Vegetable Bouquet

Ingredients (amount depends on how many you decide to make)
Onions
Radishes
Cucumbers
Carrots
Salt water
 
Instructions
Onion/Radish Bouquet
Peel an onion
Cut out the the center of the top of the onion
Cut triangles along outside making sure to cut all the way to the center.
Once you’ve gone all the way around and the cuts are clean through the onion so the rose designed onion layers should easily come out one by one
Arrange the layers on top of one another to make it look like the outside of a flower
Slice a radish into thin pieces
Keep the radish slices in salt water for 1 minute, and dry with paper towels
Place the radish slices out in a line, stacking them on top of each other. Each radish slice should cover half of the slice before it.
Roll the row of radish slices up
Slice off the bottom of the radishes for easier placement inside the onion flower
Place the rolled up radishes inside the onion flower and the radishes should reveal a beautiful flower design.
 
Cucumber/Carrot Bouquet
Cut off top and bottom of cucumber, then cut cucumber in half
Make 3 cuts down the diameter of the cucumber. Should look like pizza cut into 6 slices. Cuts should go down ¾ the cucumber, do not cut all the way down.
Cut around the inside of the peel and scoop out the cucumber slices. Again ¾ down the cucumber.
Cut out triangles around the top of the cucumber to create petal designs
Slice carrot into thin slices
Keep the carrot slices in salt water for 1 minute, and dry with paper towels
Place the carrot slices out in a line, stacking them on top of each other. Each carrot slice should cover half of the slice before it.
Roll the row of carrot slices up
Slice off the bottom of the carrots for easier placement inside the cucumber flower
Place the rolled up carrots inside the cucumber flower and the carrots should reveal a beautiful flower design.
