INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts, cooked

75 g corn
75 g peas
150 ml ketchup
200g cream cheese
100g mozzarella
75g grated Parmesan cheese
21 bread slices
METHOD
Chop the chicken on a cutting board.
Chop the chicken on a cutting board.
Place the meat in a large bowl with peas and corn, season with salt and pepper, then mix. Grease a baking mold.
Cut the bread edges. Cut the triangles from 4 toasts.
Line the edges with 6 slices, and cover the bottom with bread triangles. Add ketchup, fresh cheese and seasoned meat. Repeat again and cover the last layer with mozzarella, parmesan and cream cheese. Press to close the bread edges and bake at 180°C/350°F for 15 minutes.
