Bite sized beef

Ingredients:
300 g (10 oz) beef;
½ white onion, chopped;
1 cup mushrooms, chopped;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
1 tbsp dried parsley;
3 tbsp mustard;
1 sheet puff pastry.
Instructions

Instructions
Cut beef into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. Heat vegetable oil and fry beef cubes for 2 minutes on both sides over the high heat.
Sauté chopped mushrooms and onions, season with parsley, add salt and pepper, cook for 4-5 minutes more.
Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares. Place mushrooms and steak on each one. Brush steak with mustard and gather the ends of the dough together to cover the filling.
Transfer onto a baking sheet, brush with egg wash and bake for 200C/400F for 20 minutes.
