INGREDIENTS
500g chicken breast
salt
pepper
olive oil
paprika
garlic
breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese
basil

DIRECTIONS
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cut it up into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place the chicken into a plastic bag, add olive oil, garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese.
3. Shake the bag for a few minutes and pour everything out onto a baking tray.
4. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes, until the chicken is golden and crispy.
