Baked braid, perfect for breakfast!

Ingredients:
2 Bread Rolls
2 Slices Ham.
200g Ricotta Cheese.
2 Eggs.
75g Cheddar Cheese.
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Remove the top from the bread rolls and scoop out the insides.
Line the inside of each bread roll with a slice of ham.
Add a layer of Ricotta Cheese.
Followed by a layer of spinach.
Another layer of ricotta cheese and then make a depression for your egg.
Crack and egg into the depression and then season with salt and pepper.
Finally add a ring of grated cheddar cheese around the edge.
Return the lid and bake in the oven at 180°C 350F for 25-30 minutes.
