Coloured Cake

Ingredients:1 Shortcrust pastry
M&M with peanuts
300ml heavy cream
30g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mango
Kiwi
Raspberry
Blueberry
Put shortcrust pastry in a baking form. Make a circle with M&M, wrap it with dough. Prick all over the bottom with a fork.
Bake at 350F/180C for 20 min. Let it cool completely.
Beat heavy cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Pour filling into the prepared tart.
Cut fruits and add them on tart.
Add M&M on the fruits
