Brain Cake: the best Halloween idea!

Ingredients:
For Cake:
120g Flour
200g sugar
20g Cornflour
20g Cocoa
1Tsp Baking Soda
½ TSP Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
2 eggs
120ml buttermilk
100ml warm water
40ml Oil
½ Tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp Red food colouring
For Frosting
50g Cream cheese
50g Butter
100g Icing Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
For Brain
900g white fondant icing
60ml Honey
60ml Jam
1 ½ TSP red food colouring
Instructions:
Mix all cake ingredients together pour in to 7” or 18cm baking tin and bake at 200°C 400°F for 50-55mins.
Allow to cool
Cut around the sides of the cake to make it more of a dome shape
Mix all frosting ingredients together
Spread the frosting over the entire cake
Refrigerate for 30mins
Roll strips of fondant icing into long sausages.
Now create the brain by adding the fondant icing to the cake in swirls over the dome, the frosting should help it stick.
Mix together the honey, Jam and food colouring and paint over the cake.
