Cheese boxes

Ingredients:
Makes 4 Cheese cubes
500g Gouda Cheese (or other melting cheese)
350g Mashed Potatoes
10g Chopped Parsley
2 Hotdog Sausages
4 eggs
100g Flour
35g breadcrumbs
 
 Instructions:
Cut your cheese into 7-8cm squares with slightly smaller bases and lids.
Construct the cheese boxes using toothpick to hold it together.
Mix the mashed potatoes with parsley
Add the mash mix into the cheese box then push in a section of sausage into the centre of the box
Freeze for 2 hours
Remove the toothpicks
Roll in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs
Deep fry at 170°C or 340°F for 8-10 minutes.
