-FANTA CAKE
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
120ml sesame oil
320g flour
200ml orange soda
280g sugar
orange zest
16g baking soda
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and oil. Add the flour and orange soda.
2. Lastly, add the orange zest and baking powder and mix well.
3. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

130g yogurt
150g butter
250g flour
50g cocoa powder
16g baking powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs salt and sugar together. Mix in all the liquid ingredients and then the dry ones.
2. Once the batter is frothy, mix in the baking powder.
3. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
4. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

50ml vegetable oil

280ml mint syrup
16g baking powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar, yogurt, and oil.
2. Beat until foamy and then add the flour, mint syrup, and the baking powder.
3. Pour the batter into a 24cm cake pan and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
4. Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar.

- ORANGE CAKE
INGREDIENTS

280g sugar
100ml vegetable oil
200ml orange juice
orange and lemon zest
320g flour
16g baking powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the lemon and the orange. Place the slices in a square cake pan.
2. In the meantime, beat the eggs, sugar and oil together. Add the orange juice, flour and baking powder.
3. Pour the batter over the orange and lemon slices and bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C
4. Turn the cake over and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
