CHICKEN ROLL-UPS
INGREDIENTS for 4 roll-ups
4 chicken breasts
200g ham
200g provolone cheese

breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS
Flatten the chicken breast until quite thin. Add the ham and cheese and roll it all up together. Coat the roll-ups with flour, then dip them the beaten egg and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs. Bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes and serve hot!

CAPRESE CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
Make some deep slices on the chicken breasts, be sure not to slice through the chicken. Stuff the chicken breasts with cherry tomatoes, stringy cheese, and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and oregano. Grate some Parmesan cheese over the chicken breasts, add some basil leaves and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Serve hot!
