How to make wonton mozzarella sticks

Wonton Mozzarella Sticks

1. Lay out an egg roll wonton wrapper
2. Roll up mozzarella stick in wrapper
         a. When you roll up about half way, fold the sides in and roll back to the top
         b. Wet the top of the wrapper with a little water to get it to stick
3. Fry for 2-3 minutes in frying oil at 350F
4. Repeat for as many as you’d like to serve, and enjoy!
