1) Muffins:

MATERIALS

Baking paper
Glass
Muffin tray

METHOD

Fold a sheet of baking paper into 3 equal parts, cut the edges to get several squares of the same size.
Place each square over the bottom of glass about the size of the hole in a muffin tray. Apply pressure with your hands to keep the shape of the glass.
Place each mold in the muffin tray.

2) Round Pan:

MATERIALS

baking paper
Round tray

METHOD

Fold the baking paper in two and repeat to get a square. Fold again to form a cone.
Place the tip in the center of a circular tray and cut the edge. Open it out to get a circle.

3) Rectangle Pan:

MATERIALS

Baking paper
Rectangular tray

METHOD

Cut a baking paper the size similar to the rectangular tray.
Cut the corners slightly on the diagonal so that you can fold the edges of the paper to the same size as the tray.
