Carrot and potato fritters: easy, fast and tasty!

A quick and easy idea for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Grated carrots
Grated potatoes
Egg
1 tbsp flour
Salt
Pepper
Chives
Black sesame

METHOD
  1. Pour grated carrot and potato into a bowl. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mix well.
  2. Place a little of the mixture in a frying pan, form a ring, and pour an egg into the hole. Flip to cook on the other side.
  3. Sprinkle over chives and black sesame.
