Bi-color muffins: soft and fragrant, the alternative version of the classic sweets!

Kids will love these amazing muffins: easy and fluffy! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
50g sugar
8g vanilla sugar
60ml oil
100ml milk
160g flour
8g baking powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp milk
Almond slices

METHOD
  1. Pour an egg into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and mix well.
  2. Add oil, milk and mix well.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and pour into the previous mixture.
  4. Mix cocoa and milk in another bowl. Add half of the mixture to get two different colors.
  5. Pour a little of each mixture into each hole of a muffin tray to make two-color muffins and add almond slices.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
