Multicolor marshmallows: here's how to make them at your home!

A delicious treat that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
18 g gelatin
250g sugar
50ml corn syrup
100ml water
2 egg whites
Food coloring (red, yellow, blue, white)
Corn starch

METHOD
  1. Mix the gelatin with water until solid.
  2. Pour sugar into a pot, add water and cook to make a syrup.
  3. Add the egg whites into a bowl and beat them until soft peaks form. Add the syrup and continue beating.
  4. Microwave the solidified gelatin for 30 seconds to melt and add to the mixture. Whisk again.
  5. Divide into 4 equal parts. Leave one part white.
  6. Add blue food coloring to one part, red food coloring to another, and yellow to the last one.
  7. Grease a silicone container and pour the white mixture over evenly, wait a couple of minutes. Next, pour over the red mixture and follow with the blue and then the yellow mixture.
  8. Dust with corn starch, cover with cling film and wait for at least 2 hours. Cut into several medium and small-sized pieces.
