Banana liqueur: creamy and really easy to prepare!

If you love bananas, this liqueur is a must-try!
 
INGREDIENTS
 200g bananas
 200ml alcohol
 350ml milk
 150g sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Peel the banana, cut it into medium-sized pieces and place it in a glass jar. Add alcohol and let it rest for 7 days.
  2. Pour milk and sugar into a saucepan. Mix very well.
  3. Remove the bananas from the liquid, and use a strainer to crush them, then add the alcohol. Pour the milk and sugar mixture on top and mix well.
