Orange chocolate cake: the creative idea for a super yummy dessert!

A chocolate cake into an orange? Yes and the recipe is super simple!

INGREDIENTS

Oranges

280g flour

45g cocoa powder

150g sugar

2 tsp baking soda

pinch of Salt

1 ½ tbsp vinegar

100ml (½ cup) vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

320 ml hot water

METHOD

Cut off the top end of the orange. Use a knife to cut the pulp out without damaging the skin. Place on an oven tray.
Mix flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, sugar. Add vinegar, hot water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into each orange. Bake at 180ºC (356º F) for 40 minutes.
