How to freeze the onion and keep it fresh longer

Onions are used a lot when cooking but can rot quickly. Let's see a method to freeze them to have them fresh and ready if necessary.
Cut the onions into slices. Cover a tray with parchment paper and arrange the slices. Cover with parchment paper and wrap with plastic wrap. Put in the freezer and use them when you need them. Once frozen on the tray you can also transfer them in plastic bags with zip.
