How to preserve the basil and keep it fresh longer

Basil is an aromatic herb that we all love, let's see how to preserve it in oil.
 
Ingredients:
Basil
Coarse salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Seed oil
 
Sterilized jar
 
Directions:
Wash the basil leaves well, then dry them with a cloth.
In a jar, alternate the basil leaves with the coarse salt. Fill the jar with extra virgin olive oil and seed oil. Wait 30 minutes, until the air bubbles run out. Add more oil if necessary.
Close the jar and place in the pantry.
