3 basic homemade bread recipe to try!

1) Basic homemade bread: how to make it soft and delicious with an incredible method!
Even if you’ve never made homemade bread or worked with yeast before, this homemade crusty artisan bread is for you. It’s the perfect beginner recipe because it only requires a few ingredients without any special pans or mixer, there’s no kneading or complicated shaping involved!
INGREDIENTS
150g (5 oz) warm water;
200g (7 oz) flour;
1 tsp fresh yeast;
500g (1 pound) flour;
350ml (12 oz) warm water;
2 tsp fresh yeast;
2 tsp salt;
3 tbsp olive oil.
METHOD
Whisk 1 tsp of fresh yeast into the warm water. Pour yeast solution into a bowl with 200 g of flour and stir to combine. Cover and set the dough aside for 30 minutes.
Add leftover yeast into the warm water. Mix flour with salt.
Pour yeast solution and olive oil into the flour and knead to make a smooth dough. Add starter dough that you made before and knead to combine.
Cover the dough and set aside until doubled in size.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Fold it a couple of times and form into a loaf, making sure to left plenty of air inside.
Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes, then rise the temperature to 200C/400F, remove the lid of the pan and bake for another 25-30 minutes.

2) Homemade pita bread: simple and easy, how to make it at home!

METHOD
Stir the water and yeast until the yeast dissolves.
In a large bowl, sift the flour. Add salt and yeast mixture.
Add olive oil.
Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover it with a towel. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces, about 80-85 g each. Make balls
Take the first ball, lightly flatten it and use the rolling pin to roll it into a circle.
A circle with a diameter of about 12 - 13 centimeters and a thickness of 1 centimeter.
Put on a tray 4 pita bread and bake for 7-8 minutes at 250°C/480°F

150 ml (5 fl. oz) warm water;
1 tsp salt;
2 tbsp dry yeast;
3 tbsp olive oil;
chopped parsley, chili flakes.
METHOD
Whisk flour with salt and yeast. Add warm water and milk and knead just until liquids absorb.
Add olive oil and knead until smooth dough forms (around 10 minutes).
Form the dough into a ball, cover with vegetable oil and set aside in warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
When the dough is done rising, cut it into 6 and roll each piece into a ball.
Roll out each flatbread and place on a pan preheated on medium-high heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes (2.5-3 minutes on each side). When you flip each flatbread it should rice up to make a pocket in the middle.
Brush each hot flatbread with oil, then top with parsley and chili flakes.
