How to make quick and easy egg cups for breakfast!

1) Meat and egg baskets: easy, quick and delicious!
These easy meat and egg cups are a low carb grab-and-go breakfast you and your family will love. The cups come together in no time and are packed with your favorite ingredients for a flavorful morning meal that you can enjoy at home or easily bring to work!
INGREDIENTS
• 450 g ground pork
• 1 tbsp fresh sage minced
• 1 tsp fresh thyme minced
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 ½ tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp ground fennel seed
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 6 medium eggs
• Tomato
• Salt
• Muffin tray
METHOD
Place the minced meat in a bowl, add sage, thyme, maple syrup, kosher salt, black pepper, fennel
seed, paprika, garlic powder and mix.
Place the mixture in the holes of each muffin and crush to get a basket.
Place an egg in each hole, a slice of tomato on top of each egg and salt.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF).

2) Zucchini minicakes: you can make it in a muffin pan in a few minutes!
Ready in no-time, moist and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
• 2 zucchini
• 1 red pepper
• 200g grated cheese
• 2 large eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• 125g flour
METHOD
Grate the zucchini.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add everything to the bowl and mix well.
Put the dough into a muffin tin and bake at 200°C/400°F for 25 minutes.

8 eggs
1 cup spinach
3/4 cup cheese
1/4 cup onion
12 slices ham
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients.
Put the mixture into muffin holes and bake for 20min 180°C / 350°F.
You only need eggs and everything you want to make these crazy delicious egg cups!
INGREDIENTS
8 eggs
1 cup spinach
