3 amazing ways to serve dessert!

1) Chocolate glasses
INGREDIENTS
• Milk Chocolate
• White Chocolate
• Dark Chocolate
• Strawberry sauce
• Whipped cream
• 3 plastic cups
• 3 bottles.
• Strawberries
METHOD
• Milk Chocolate

METHOD
- Place each chocolate in a different bowl and melt.
- Dip a plastic cup into the chocolate and place it face down on the neck of a bottle.
- Wait for it to dry.
- Repeat the step with white chocolate and dark chocolate to form different layers in the glasses.
- When dry, use a knife to cut the leftovers of chocolate from the top and remove the plastic cup.
- Mix strawberry sauce with melted white chocolate.
- Add whipped cream and mix well.
- Fill a pipping bag with the strawberry mousse and fill each glass with chocolate.
- Decorate with a strawberry and more whipped cream.

2) Raspberry chocolate cups
INGREDIENTS
- Paper cups 5-6 cups
- dark chocolate 200 grams ( 160 + 40 )
- raspberries 150 grams
- sugar 50 grams
- dark chocolate 200 grams
- whipping cream 500 grams
For Topping:
- Fresh Raspberries
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Paper cups 5-6 cups

METHOD
- Place the (160g) chocolate into a heatproof bowl and place over simmering water. Heat the chocolate until it melted and hot. Add the rest of the chocolate (40 g).
- Fill each cup with chocolate and rotate to coat all sides of the cup with quite a thick layer of chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place raspberries and sugar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, then sieve to remove the seeds add in melted chocolate and whipped cream. Fill the chocolate cups with raspberry filling. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Top the chocolate cups with raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

3) Coffee mousse
INGREDIENTS
for the chocolate cups:
dark chocolate, as needed
plastic cups
for the coffee mousse:
3tsp instant coffee
7 tsp sugar
120ml water
METHOD
1. Wash and dry the plastic cups, cut one side and seal it back up with some tape. This will make removing the chocolate cup from the plastic much easier.
2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour it into the plastic cups. Freeze for about an hour.
3. In a bowl, pour cold water, instant coffee, and the sugar. Beat for 5 minutes until it becomes a thick cream.
4. Remove the chocolate cups from the plastic cups. Serve the coffee mousse in the chocolate cups.
