1) Banana chocolate

Fast and easy to make, a sweet bite-sized treat you can't resist, here are the ingredients:

banana
peanut butter
melted chocolate

2) Banana fritters

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg
• ½ cup desiccated coconut
• ½ sugar
• ¼ milk
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 3 bananas
• Oil
• Icing sugar

METHOD

Mix, flour, desiccated coconut, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Add egg and milk and mix again.
Put several bananas in the mixture and fry.
Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.

3) Banana roll-ups

INGREDIENTS
• Bananas
• Flour tortillas
• Vegetable oil
• Hazelnut spread
• Sugar
• Cinnamon

METHOD

Cut a banana in half.
Spread hazelnut spread over a flour tortilla and put the half of a banana on top.
Roll up the tortilla with the banana and use tooth picks to keep it in place.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Mix cinnamon with sugar.
Cover the rolls with the cinnamon sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
