How to make delicious ice cream bars using a plastic bottle!

INGREDIENTS
Empty plastic bottle
Pineapple chunks
Tape
500ml heavy cream
Pineapple yogurt.
1 cup grated coconut
Popsicle sticks
Melted milk chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the top end of a plastic bottle.
  2. Make a cut along the length of it.
  3. Repeat the step to get two plastic bottles that fit together.
  4. Secure the bottles with tape.
  5. Whisk heavy cream, then add pineapple yogurt, pineapple chunks and grated coconut and mix.
  6. Fill the plastic bottles with the mixture, place several popsicle sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  7. Remove the plastic bottles.
  8. Dip the block in melted chocolate.
  9. Let dry and cut between the popsicle sticks.
