How to use a mug to make amazing and quick recipes!

1. Pizza in a mug
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp of flour
1 tsp of dry yeast
Backing soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of oil
3 tbsp of water
3 tbsp of tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Oregano
METHOD
1.Take a mug and add flour, dry yeast, backing soda and salt. Mix.
2. Add oil, water and make a ball with the dough.
3.Now add some tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and oregano.
4.Microwave 2 minutes and enjoy it!

2. 2-minutes frittata in a mug
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
1. Crack 3 eggs into the mug, add ham, provola and parmesan.
2. Beat with a fork for 2 minutes.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Microwave for 3 minutes.

3. Chocolate chip cookie mug cake
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
50g sugar
50 butter
150g flour
30g brown sugar
chocolate chips, as needed
1tsp hazelnut cream
8g baking powder

METHOD
- Beat together the egg and sugar, then add the flour, softened butter, brown sugar and the baking powder.
- Mix well and put some of the dough into a mug.
- Add a spoonful of hazelnut cream in the center, cover with more dough and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Rigatoni Pie in a Mug
INGREDIENTS
Rigatoni pasta
Tomato puree
200g mozzarella
salt, as needed
basil

METHOD
- Cook the pasta in salted water and drain. Cover the bottom of a mug with a spoonful of tomato puree seasoned with olive oil and salt.
- Place a slice of mozzarella and a basil leaf over the tomato puree.
- Repeat until you’ve got three layers of tomato puree and mozzarella.
- Once you’ve reached the last layer, put the rigatoni vertically into the mug (as seen in the video).
- Cover them with tomato puree, diced mozzarella, and microwave for 5 minutes. After removing the mug from the microwave, turn it over onto a plate and delicately lift up the mug.
- The result is a fantastic mini rigatoni pie!
