The perfect way to make preserved lemon

With a really simple method you can ferment your lemon to preserve it and give your dishes more flavor (fish, vegetables, fruit).
Cut the lemon and fill it with salt, then place them in the jars and pour in olive oil. Close the jars and after about 15 days your lemon will be ready to be used.
