METHOD:

1.Cut the stem of a spring onion diagonally. Fit a toothpick in the center and separate the inside of the onion so that it makes a pinwheel shape. 2.Place on a piece of cucumber with a cherry tomato on top.

1.Cut a chili in half in a zigzag shape.

2.Cut a slice of ham in half, roll it up and put it in the cut chili forming a rose. Repeat the step to decorate a plate with several peppers.
