Pizzaiola rolls:
INGREDIENTS
sandwich bread
cheese
tomato puree
oregano
basil
egg wash
breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the bread slices and cover them in tomato puree.
2. Sprinkle with oregano, add the cheese and basil.
3. Roll them up and dip in egg wash and cover in breadcrumbs.
4. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Quick puff pastry mini pizzas:

1 sheet puff pastry

Grana Padano cheese
Mozzarella

olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the puff pastry sheet into circles.
2. Top with tomato sauce seasoned with salt, add the oregano, Grana Padano cheese, mozzarella and olive oil.
3. Garnish with some basil and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Serve hot.

DIRECTIONS
Slice the pizza dough into the shape of a popsicle. Fill with seasoned tomato puree, basil, oregano and a bit of olive oil. Place a popsicle stick in the center and cover with another piece of pizza dough. Top with some grated Parmesan cheese and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Be sure to cover the popsicle stick with some aluminum foil to prevent it from getting dark while in the oven.
