Zucchini bread:
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
Italian seasoning
100g parmesan
100g mozzarella
Cornstarch

Directions:
Grate zucchini and add 2 pcs eggs, 2 chopped cloves garlic, Italian seasoning, 100g parmesan, 100g mozzarella, cornstarch. Pour it out onto the baking tray and bake 210°C for 25 minutes. Add grated cheese, green onion and red pepper flakes. Bake 5 minutes more.
Grate zucchini and add 2 pcs eggs, 2 chopped cloves garlic, Italian seasoning, 100g parmesan, 100g mozzarella, cornstarch. Pour it out onto the baking tray and bake 210°C for 25 minutes. Add grated cheese, green onion and red pepper flakes. Bake 5 minutes more.

120g potato flour
salt
pepper
80g Parmesan cheese
ham
sliced cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Grate the zucchini and remove the access water.
2. Add the egg, potato flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the Parmesan cheese and place the dough into a cake pan or baking sheet.
4. Top with ham and cheese.
5. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
6. Serve with basil leaves.

1 tbsp salt
50 g flour
10 g shredded mozzarella cheese
30 g shredded Parmesan cheese optional
1 large egg
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 medium zucchini
1 tbsp salt
50 g flour
10 g shredded mozzarella cheese
30 g shredded Parmesan cheese optional
1 large egg
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.
Shred zucchini and sprinkle with one tablespoon of salt. Set aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the excess moisture out of the zucchini by wrapping it up in clean cloth and squeezing out all the excess water.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, flour, egg, cheese and Italian spices. Combine mixture with a spoon until fully incorporated then transfer mixture on to greased parchment paper.
Bake for about 10 minutes until the bottom is starting to brown.
Remove the pizza crust from the oven and top with sauce and cheese.
Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
