Chocolate chip cookie and brownie roll-ups:
INGREDIENTS
for the cookie dough:
1 egg
100g sugar
120g butter
240g flour
1 tsp baking powder
chocolate chips
for the brownie:
2 eggs
200g sugar
170g butter
40g cocoa powder
100g flour
5g baking powder
170gdark chocolate
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients for the chocolate chip cookies and let the dough rest.
2. Make the brownie batter by combining all the ingredients until you obtain a thick batter.
3. Roll out the cookie dough and then spread the brownie batter over it.
4. Carefully roll it up and freeze for 30 minutes.
5. Slice it and bake the slices at 180°C for 25 minutes.
6. Let them cool a bit before serving.

200g chocolate
100g butter
80g sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
30g cocoa powder
70g flour
9 Chocolates
3 tbsp Hazelnuts
METHOD
Melt butter with chocolate, whisk until combine. Add egg, sugar and vanilla and mix.
Sift baking powder, baking soda, flour and cocoa in the chocolate mixture.
Transfer to a baking form and place some chocolates
Bake at 350°F/180°C for 20 minutes.

Brownie Pops:
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups hazelnut cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- Chocolate chip cookie dough
- Dark chocolate, melted
METHOD
Toppings such as sprinkles, nuts, cookies, chocolate chips.
Set the oven to 350*F.
Mix the Nutella, eggs and flour until incorporated.
Pour dough into a greased 8”x8” baking pan. Dot with cookie dough.
Bake for 25 minutes and allow the brownies to cool completely.
Cut the brownie into bite-sized squares, and skewer the squares on popsicle sticks.
Dip the brownie bites in white or dark chocolate and top with your favorite toppings.
