Ham and cheese cubes:
Ingredients
15 slices cheddar cheese
15 slices ham
3 large potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
30g flour
1 egg
oil, for frying

Method
On a cutting board, place one slice of cheddar cheese, place the slice of ham on top, then again cheese and ham. Cut the ham and cheese into 4 equal squares. Repeat with the rest of the ham and cheese.
Stack the ham and cheese in cubes.
On a cutting board, peel the potatoes. Shred the potatoes into a large bowl lines with a thin towel.
Once all of your potatoes are shredded, wrap the towel tightly and twist to squeeze out all of the water from the potatoes.
Place the shredded potatoes into a clean bowl, add salt, pepper, flour, and egg. Mix it.
Wrap the potato mixture around the ham and cheese cube. Flatten each side to create a cube. Repeat with the rest of the cubes.
Freeze potato cubes for 2-3 hours or until solid.
Heat oil in a large pot and fry each cube for 4 minutes until golden brown.

oregano
1 egg yolk
8g baking powder
250g flour
100ml water
cheese
ham, cut in cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. Mix in the egg yolk, baking powder, flour, and water.
3. Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes, then shape it into balls.
4. Press a cube of cheese and some ham in the center of each ball.
5. Seal each ball well and then deep fry them.
6. Let them cool a bit before serving.

6 slices of ham
12 slices of mozzarella cheese
100 g cream cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
100 g bread crumbs
1 tbsp fresh parsley
2 eggs
oil for frying
Directions
Remove bread crust and use a rolling pin to flatten the slices of bread.
Spread cream cheese over bread and then top it with one slice of ham and two of cheese.
Roll up the slices of bread with ham and cheese, pressing just slightly so the rolls can hold their shape.
Wrap the rolls into aluminum foil and put them in freezer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile whisk the eggs and combine bread crumbs with parsley and parmesan
Remove rolls from the freezer, and coat each first in the egg and then in the bread crumbs mixture.
Fry the rolls in heated oil for coule of minutes each side or until they turn golden.
