3 tasty and alternative way to prepare the red velvet

Red Velvet Pancakes with Cream Cheese:
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
60g sugar
salt
100g greek yogurt
100ml milk
8 g baking powder
redd food dye q.b.
1 tsp cocoa powder
180g flour

For the cream:
120g cheese
40g powdered sugar

METHOD
1. Beat the egg, add milk and yogurt, sugar, and the sifted flour, add the yeast last with baking powder.
2. Pour a bit of oil onto a non-stick pan, pour the batter onto the pan.
3. Let it cook until bubbles start forming, then turn over the pancake. 4. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with cheese.

Cake Pops ice cream:
Ingredients:
1 boxed red velvet cake, crumbled;
2/3 cup cream cheese;
½ cup melted chocolate;
1 cup pink glaze;
8 ice cream waffle cones;
rainbow sprinkles.

Instructions
Mix crumbled cake with cream cheese and roll 8 even balls out of it.
Cover the top of the ice cream cone with melted chocolate and use it to secure red velvet cake ball. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until chocolate hardens.
Dip each cake pop in a glaze, add rainbow sprinkles and let the glaze set.
Mix crumbled cake with cream cheese and roll 8 even balls out of it.
Cover the top of the ice cream cone with melted chocolate and use it to secure red velvet cake ball. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until chocolate hardens.
Dip each cake pop in a glaze, add rainbow sprinkles and let the glaze set.

Ingredients:
1 cup water;
½ butter, cubed;
red gel food coloring;
1/2 tsp salt;
1 tbsp cocoa powder;
2 cups flour;
3 eggs;
cinnamon sugar for sprinkling;
vegetable oil for frying.

Wait until butter is fully melted and the water is boiling. Add salt, flour, сocoa powder and stir well until lump-free.
Add 3 eggs (one at a time) while stirring constantly.
Fill a pastry bag (with a star shaped nozzle) with a churro batter.
Heat the oil up to 180C (350F). Squeeze churros out of pastry bag right into the oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes then transfer onto a paper towels.
