Pumpkin pizza: this recipe is the essence of fall flavors!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
500g (4 cups) flour
300ml (1 1/4 cup) warm water
4g (1 tsp) dry yeast
20g (2 tbsp) sugar
20g (3 tbsp) olive oil
4g (1 tsp) salt
 
Filling:
500g (3 1/2 cup) pumpkin
300g (1 1/2 cup) sausages
50ml (1/5 cup) white wine
30g (3 tbsp) onion
olive oil
150g (1 cup) cheese
4g (1 tsp) salt
 
METHOD
  1. For the dough: In a bowl pour warm water, add sugar and yeast. Leave it for a few minutes. Add salt, oil and flour. Knead it well and let it rest for about an hour. 
  2. For the filling: In an oiled pan add chopped onion, put the chopped sausages, add white wine and cook it. Add pumpkin cubes and salt. Cook it for a while. 
  3. Spread the dough and place it onto a pan. Grease with oil and let stand for 20 min. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Pour the filling onto it and add cheese. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes. Serve.
