Garlic loaf bread: a delicious alternative to try!

Forget the usual bread, this recipe is so much better!

INGREDIENTI
For the dough:
 1 glass of warm water 
 15g instant yeast
 1 tsp sugar
 2 tbsp of olive oil
 1 tsp salt
 1 tbsp butter
 310g (2 ½ cups) flour
 
To spread:
 50g butter
 4 garlic cloves
 Chives
 Egg yolk

METHOD
  1. Mix water with yeast, sugar, and oil. Add flour and mix again.
  2. Massage well with your hands until you get a smooth dough. Let it rise for an hour.
  3. Coat a tall rectangular oven mold with oil. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic.
  4. With a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a rectangle. Brush the butter and garlic mixture on top.
  5. Add chopped chives.
  6. Cut squares of the dough with a pizza cutter. Place one on top of the other in the baking dish. Cover with film and let it rise for an hour.
  7. Beat an egg and brush it over the top of the bread. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
