Pickled bell peppers recipe: how to make them at home!

Here's how to make the perfect side dish with bell peppers!
 
INGREDIENTS
 3 kg peppers (mix of red, green, yellow)
 Salt
 Oregano
 Olive oil
 1 l vinegar
 500ml white wine
 500ml water
 120 g capers
 Garlic
 
METHOD
  1. Boil vinegar with wine, water, and salt.
  2. Remove the stem and seeds from each bell pepper. Cut them into thin strips.
  3. Add the bell pepper strips to the pot with the boiling wine mixture and cook for three minutes. Drain the peppers and dry them on kitchen paper and a kitchen cloth.
  4. Place the peppers in a bowl, add capers, oregano, salt, and oil. Mix very well.
  5. Crush a clove of garlic and place it in a glass jar, fill the jar with the peppers and top up with oil. Enjoy the peppers with bread.
