Mint cake: refreshing, moist and colorful!

Pour the mint syrup into the batter, this cake is a must try!
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
salt
220g sugar
1 yogurt
50ml vegetable oil
300g flour
280ml mint syrup
16g baking powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar, yogurt, and oil.
2. Beat until foamy and then add the flour, mint syrup, and the baking powder.
3. Pour the batter into a 24cm cake pan and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
4. Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar.
