125g powdered sugar
50g powdered almonds
25g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large egg whites, at room temperature pinch of salt
75g granulated sugar
120g heavy cream
120g bitter sweet chocolate
14g butter (optional)
1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC) for 10-15 minutes.
