400g Chocolate chip cookie dough
400g Candy cookie dough
400g Brownie batter
300g Pie crust
400g Apple pie filling
400g Pumpkin pie filling
400g Banana bread dough
400g Cheesecake mix
Spray a 40cm by 30cm baking tray with baking spray then line with baking parchment that fits in one direction but Is too long in the other. We will use this to remove the finish baked cake.
In the top left hand corner place in the cookie dough and form it into a rectangle that is 1/8th of the full tray.
Repeat the above process with the candy cookie dough so that it is diagonally below the chocolate chip cookie dough again to fill another 1/8th of the tray.
Directly above the candy cookie dough and to the right of the chocolate chip cookie mix add in the brownie batter to fill the gap.
Line the hole left in the bottom right hand corner with crackers along the cookie dough sides and the base.
On top of the crackers place a dark chocolate bar cut to size and then sprinkle with marshmallows.
Line the right hand side of the tray with rolled out pie crust, this should be 3-4mm thick and cut so that it lines the entire right hand ¼ of the tray.
Use the trimmed pastry to create a barrier on the left hand side and one across the centre to form two ‘pies’.
Fill the first pie with apple pie filling.
Fill the second pie with pumpkin pie filling
We are left now with just two slots, fill the first with the banana bread dough and then create a barrier and line the second with more crackers.
Fill the final gap with cheesecake mix.
Bake in the over at 150°C or 300°F for 60 minutes and allow to cool before cutting.
