Lasagne Nuts and Zucchini

Ingredients:2 tbsp Olive oil
1 garlic clove
800 g zucchini
Salt
pepper
50 g flour
50g Butter
500 ml milk
250 g pasta sheets
50 g Nuts
40 g Ricotta cheese
1 branch thyme
150g Mozzarella
Method:
Add an oil in preheated pan and fry a garlic, after that add grated zucchini in oil.
Sprinkle it with salt and fry for 4-5 min.In the saucepan add some flour and butter, mix until combine, pour the milk, and stir.
After that add salt and mix again.
Cover a bottom of baking form with zucchini, pasta sheet, again zucchini, mozzarella, sauce, nuts and sprinkle Ricotta cheese.
Repeat for 3 times again and sprinkle with Ricotta.
Bake at 180C/300F for 20 min.
