Popcorn chicken: crispy and delicious!

Ingredients:20g popcorn kernels
1 egg
600g chicken fillet
1 cup flour
bbq sauce
25g butter
salt
Directions:
Put popcorn kernels into a packet. Add 25g butter, salt and microwave 2-3 minutes. Grind half of popcorn. Beat the egg. Then submerge chicken into the flour, egg and ground popcorn. Roast in oil until brown
