Airy egg

Ingredients/materials:
Electric whisk
2 Dough Cutter
2eggs
Frying pan
Oil
Salt
Knife
 
Method:
Separate the two eggs.
Add some salt to the egg white and beat until it forms peaks.
Place oil and the dough cutters in a pan.
Fill the dough cutters with half of the egg white mixture.
Place the raw yolk on top in the middle, and cover with the remaining egg white. Let it brown and turn over to cook the other side.
Remove the egg and dough cutter and use a knife to release it from the sides.
