Scotch eggs: the best-tasting eggs you’ll ever eat!

Hardboiled eggs covered in ground beef, dipped in breadcrumbs and fried or baked. They are really delicious and a great idea for a tasty dinner.

This original recipe uses sausage meat, and the egg yolk needed to stay soft. We chose this version which is simple to prepare but just as tasty.

INGREDIENTS
4 hardboiled eggs
300g ground beef
salt
pepper
50g Parmesan cheese
parsley

DIRECTIONS
Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes, immediately placing them under cold water to stop the cooking process and to allow the shell to come off easily. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, cheese, and parsley. Cover the hardboiled egg with the ground beef. Dip the covered egg in flour, then the beaten egg, and lastly, cover with breadcrumbs. You can either bake the eggs at 180°C for 20 minutes or fry them until they are golden.
