Leaf set on fire in the mouth of the customer: this dangerous street food is the new Indian fad

This street food is the new fad in India. It's called Fire Paan, a typical roll served on a Betel leaf. The method is very careful, a spice-based filling with  Areca nut, cardamom, and cloves. It is set on fire and it's the shopkeeper himself who feeds the customer, as shown in these images. But according to the World Health Organization it's not really a healthy food, on the contrary, it might cause infections and, in the worst case, cancer.
