Fried egg hearts

Ingredients:
3 eggs;
2 tbsp milk;
2 tbsp carrots, chopped finely;
2 tbsp onion, chopped finely;
2 tbsp greens, chopped;
salt and pepper.

Instructions
Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
Whisk yolks and whites (separately) with half of the milk, salt and pepper. Add vegetables and greens, whisk again.
Brush non-stick pan with a little bit of oil.
Pour yolk mixture to cover the whole bottom of the pan. When eggs are set, roll them carefully leaving a small free edge. Pour more yolks to cover the pan, roll again. Repeat with all egg yolk mixture and then start adding egg whites and rolling them again.
When the roll is done, let it chill a little bit and cut into portions.
Slice each portion diagonally and use both halves to make heart shape as shown on the video.
