How to prepare butter in a jar: the quick method to try

Butter in jar
 
ingredients/materials:
• large glass jar
• salt
• heavy cream
• sieve
• bowl
• cold water
 
method:
pour the heavy cream into a glass jar. add some salt and start shaking.
after a while, the cream will thicken. this is another way you can make whipped cream.
continue to shake and the cream starts to separate.
shake until it has completely split.
drain the liquid. this liquid is buttermilk.
remove the solids from the jar and rinse in cold water. this is the butter.
shape into a ball and store in a container.
